Shakira pretendia ir muito além com Bzrp Music Sessions Vol. 53, música que lançou com indiretas a Gerard Piqué após o fim do casamento dos dois. Um dos compositores responsáveis pela letra revelou que a primeira versão, que mais à frente foi amenizada, tinha menções a IST (Infecção Sexualmente Transmissível) e a um suposto problema sexual do jogador.
